Terms of Service — Premier Assets Recovery Services. Effective date: October 13, 2026.
Services: Premier Assets Recovery Services helps former homeowners research and recover surplus (overage) funds from foreclosure sales.
Fees: Our fee is 40% of the amount actually recovered, paid only after the funds reach you, under a written agreement signed before any work begins. There is no upfront cost. If nothing is recovered, you owe us nothing.
Not a law firm: Premier Assets Recovery Services is not a law firm. Legal services are provided by independent licensed attorneys in our network. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
No guarantees: We cannot guarantee that surplus funds exist in your name or that any claim will succeed.
Deadlines: Surplus funds must generally be claimed within a set time or they may escheat to the state. Acting promptly is in your interest.
